What workouts are in P90X Classic?
P90X Classic includes 12 workouts: Chest & Back, Plyometrics, Shoulders & Arms, Yoga X, Legs & Back, Kenpo X, X Stretch, Core Synergistics, Chest Shoulders & Triceps, Back & Biceps, Cardio X, and Ab Ripper X. Ab Ripper X is added on top of three other sessions each week rather than standalone.
