What is in P90X2?
P90X2 includes workouts across three phases: Foundation (X2 Core, X2 Total Body, X2 Yoga, X2 Recovery + Mobility, X2 Balance + Power, P90X2 Ab Ripper), Strength (X2 Chest + Shoulders + Triceps, X2 Back + Biceps, Plyocide), and Performance (PAP Upper, PAP Lower). Each phase runs 3–5 weeks.
